Our focus is on delivering an exclusive, high-end maintenance service, and we know that the key to achieving this is having dedicated professionals. Below are the work conditions, payment schedules, and our monthly incentive program.
1. Work Model
Independent Contractor
Classification: This professional relationship is structured under an Independent Contractor (Self-Employed) model.
Responsibility: As a self-employed collaborator, you are responsible for managing your own taxes, standard work tools (if applicable), and transportation.
2. Payment & Process
Bi-weekly Schedules
Frequency: Payments are processed bi-weekly on the 15th and 30th of each month.
Requirement: To release payment, you must submit an Invoice at the end of each bi-weekly period.
Invoice Details: Must clearly list the breakdown of hours worked during that two-week period, the services completed, and your professional/tax contact details.
3. Incentive Program
Transit Bonus Benefit
We want to reward your consistency and support your mobility across the city.
The Benefit: If you complete more than 15 services within a calendar month, the company will provide a Compass Card with a 1-Zone monthly pass for the following month.
How it works: Service volume is reviewed at the end of each month. If you meet the milestone, your loaded pass is provided during the first days of the upcoming month.

Punctuality & Presentation
Because we provide an exclusive maintenance service, strict punctuality and adherence to our dress code/uniform guidelines are essential to maintaining our brand standards and professional presentation.
Service Cancellation Policy
As a self-employed collaborator, any schedule changes or cancellations on your part must be notified at least 24 to 48 hours in advance (except for emergencies) to avoid disrupting our premium client bookings.
Supplies & Equipment
To ensure the consistency required for high-end clients, the company supplies specialized, premium, eco-friendly cleaning kits. The contractor ensures they are properly maintained and brought to each job.
